The National Churchill Museum on the campus of Westminster College in Fulton, MO, has acquired some new personal items of Sir Winston Churchill, which are now on display.
Museum visitors will see a cigar humidor presented to Churchill as a gift on his 1946 visit to Cuba, a trip that also included a stop in Fulton to deliver his famous "Iron Curtain" speech, and another cigar humidor that he received as a special gift from U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt. Other items included in this gift were a small leather bedside clock and a wooden clothing brush.
