To help preserve and continue the memory of World War II veterans, the National Churchill Museum in Fulton, Missouri, is offering a wedding giveaway for one of their descendants. The bride or groom must live in the metropolitan St. Louis area. Contest entry is simple. The contest reward is fabulous and includes a wedding in the magnificent, historic Church of St. Mary the Virgin, Aldermanbury.
Designed by Christopher Wren in 1677, the beautiful English church was painstakingly moved from London and reconstructed on the Westminster College campus, site of Winston Churchill's "Iron Curtain" speech.
In addition to the wedding venue, vendors in the Fulton and St. Louis area are offering various resources, including a hand casting by sculptor Don Wiegand, photography, floral arrangements and a stay in a bed and breakfast, all designed to make this a romantic and memorable occasion.
To win this destination wedding, the bride or groom should submit an on-line entry form at www.churchillmemorial.org or a written entry.
Details of the giveaway, including sweepstake rules and entry requirements, are listed at the museum's website or may be obtained by calling the museum at 573-592-5234.
