Reservation forms must be received at least two weeks in advance of your requested program date.
Date: Please select three possible dates for your visit in order of preference. You will receive an email confirming your reservation for the first available date.
Time: Please note that you should ideally plan for a 1.5 to 2 hour visit. We are willing to work with you. If a time listed below doesn't work for you, please select other and enter your preferred time.
