Reservations are awarded on a first come, first served basis. Please note that large groups may be divided into smaller sections for guided tours.
To make reservations, fill out our online field trip reservation form. Upon receipt of your request, you will receive a confirmation email.
Admission is as follows:
Payment can be made in advance, through purchase orders, credit cards, cash, or check.

We require a 1:15 chaperone/student ratio. It is the responsibility of the chaperones to maintain orderly student behavior.
Chaperones qualifying under the 1:15 ratio receive free museum admission. All additional chaperones will be charged $10.00.
Bus parking is available directly next to the Museum (7th and Westminster). It is on a first come, first served basis. Other free parking is available along 7th Street and along Westminster Ave.
Teachers are welcome to lead students independently through the exhibits. However, one chaperone is required for every 15 students. Reservations are needed for groups of 10 or more. Self-guided tours for smaller groups are allowed without a reservation but if you would like a scavenger hunt, please contact us ahead of time and we'll have worksheets, clipboards, and pencils ready for your students.

Divided into teams, students examine Churchill's world through his travels, using their communication skills to describe his journeys in first-person accounts. |

Museum tours for school groups of eight or more students are scheduled twice daily, 10:00am and 1:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Reservations are required at least two weeks in advance and 30 days for outreach/classroom programs.
Guided museum tours have a maximum number of 25 students.

Walk in Churchill's Shoes Guided Tour Build leadership skills with this team oriented workshop. The group will discuss what makes a good leader, create a working definition of leader/leadership, and discover Churchill's leadership style and how it changed through his lifetime. |

The Museum suggests four dining options for school groups.
Photography: Photography is allowed but flash photography is not.
Restrooms: Public restrooms are available.
Museum Store: Students must be supervised when in the Museum gift shop.
Food & Drink: No food or drink, including gum, candy, or bottled water, is allowed in the Museum. Please see Lunch Options if you want to eat lunch on site. It is the responsibility of the school group to remove any trash from the grounds.
Please discuss proper behavior for attending the Museum with students before arrival.
